Who wants to defund the police? Criminals.
Boston Councilwoman Kendra Lara was one of the key figures fighting to defund the police as recently as last year. A black nationalist and antisemitic political extremist, “Kendra Lara served as the “Director of Radical Philanthropy” at the RESIST, a foundation that has previously granted funds to the Black Panther Party and BLM.”
Now she crashed. Literally.
A controversial, defund-the-police Boston City Councilor crashed her car into a house, injuring herself and her 7-year-old son.
Kendra Lara, 33, was driving with a “revoked license” in an unregistered car without insurance and an expired inspection sticker and her son, Zaire, was not in a booster seat at the time of the crash, according to a police report obtained by The Post.
Of course her son is named Zaire, and of course it’s an unregistered car without insurance or anything.
The driver of the vehicle Lara apparently cited as the reason she swerved to avoid an accident contradicted Lara’s version of events, stating he had barely begun to pull out of his parking space when he noticed a car traveling at a high rate of speed which passed by him, then suddenly turned left and crashed into the house, according to the police report.
Lara’s car went through the metal fence at the home, then crashed into and drove over the bushes before smashing into the porch and foundation of the house, causing considerable damage, the report stated.
I’m sure he’ll go to jail and she won’t. That’s the two-tier equity system we have now in which getting into an argument of any kind with a BLMer means instant cancelation and the full weight of the law.
