Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (D – Canada) finally resigned to spend more time playing dress-up in other countries. In his goodbye remarks, the widely unpopular socialist rumored to have been spawned well south of the border in a binge of Cuban cigar smoke, claimed that he had “fought for this country.”

Trudeau unhelpfully did not specify which country. He did list his pandemic crackdown as one of his greatest achievements. Aside from bankrupting many small businesses and making life miserable for countless individuals, a high point of Trudeau’s pandemic policies included silencing a trucker protest by declaring martial law, and then allowing Hamas supporters to rampage around the country, terrorizing everyone and shutting down streets.

There is no question that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be missed. By cartoonists. And people with bushels of rotten tomatoes.

Of course, Trudeau isn’t actually leaving. Instead, he will resign as party leader but will still remain as ‘caretaker’ prime minister until such a time as he is replaced by someone the Canadian people actually want.

However, Trudeau claimed that his greatest regret is not being able to introduce ‘ranked choice voting’ so that in case he isn’t anyone’s first choice, maybe he can be their third choice.
