NextImg:Kamala Chooses California Governorship Over Presidency

Having suffered one of the worst presidential election defeats in recent history for a member of her party, Kamala was assigned none of the blame and immediately became a frontrunner in both the California governor’s race and the race to be the next Democrat nominee in 2028.

The problem is that it would be really hard for her to do both. So she spent the past months trying to choose whether she would rather run California or the whole country into the ground.

Now, after making a few low key appearances teasing a campaign, she’s almost ready to choose.

While the sources caution that Harris hasn’t made a final decision yet and is still considering all her options, they say she has made it clear that she is not done with public service and is giving the race strong consideration.

So she’s still making up her mind as to which highly lucrative ‘public service’ platform she wants. With decisionmaking skills like this, it’s no wonder she was able to quickly launch her 2024 campaign, set specific goals and messaging and recycle the Biden platform.

Kamala can’t make decisions. (Probably the closest thing she has to a virtue because her decisions are always terrible). And her process involves surrounding herself with people who push her one way or another.

Those who have spoken to Harris about the possibility of entering the race say it has given her a renewed sense of excitement and, as one source put it, “a glimmer in her eyes.”

“She has a lot of people in her ear telling her that it makes the most sense and she can do the most good,” said one source who has spoken to Harris about a potential run.

Can Kamala make California worse? That’s a tough one. We’ll report, you decide.
