NextImg:Home Sec Mayorkas Says Judge Ban on Release Illegal Aliens "Harmful"

The progressive definition of ‘doing your job’ is deliberately not doing it, and then declaring that any attempt to make government agencies involved in public safety, from law enforcement to the military to prosecutors, actually do their jobs is “harmful” and interferes with their new job definition.

What’s the job of the Department of Homeland Security? To uh secure the homeland? Nope.

After more than 11,000 migrants were caught crossing the southern border on Tuesday, the Biden administration is now preparing a memo that will direct Customs and Border Protection to begin releasing migrants into the United States without court dates or the ability to track them, according to three sources familiar with the plans.

The Biden administration began releasing migrants without court dates to alleviate overcrowding in March 2021, but had previously enrolled those migrants in a program known as Alternatives to Detention, which required them to check in on a mobile app until they were eventually given a court date. The new policy would release them on “parole” with a notice to report to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office but without enrolling them in the program.

In response to lawsuits by Florida and Texas, a federal judge said that the Biden administration can’t do that.

A federal judge on Thursday evening blocked the Biden administration from implementing a policy that allows for the release of migrants without court dates – just hours away from the end of the Title 42 public health order.

Judge T. Kent Wetherell II imposed a two-week restraining order on the Biden administration policy, which would see migrants released on “parole with conditions.”

Not that it makes very much of a difference from when migrant invaders were being released with “court dates” that they never showed up for. This latest move drops 99% of the pretense and tells the illegals to make their own appointments.

The memo calls the practice “parole with conditions” as migrants are required to make an appointment with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or request a Notice to Appear by mail.

But the Coyote-in-Chief is outraged. So is his henchman.

Homeland Secretary Mayorkas, currently overseeing the largest invasion of the United States since the War of 1812, objects to being asked to put on a facade of pretending to police the border and protect the nation.

A federal judge’s decision to block the Biden administration from carrying out parts of its latest immigration plan is “very harmful,” Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas said.

When asked about the impact the decision could have, Mayorkas called it a “very harmful ruling, attacking a practice that prior administrations have used,” while speaking on MSNBC Friday morning.

While speaking to MSNBC. Al Jazeera wasn’t available?

The Justice Department is “considering its options,” he added, after being asked if the administration will appeal the decision.

Options.

Option 1. Follow the law.

Option 2. Welcome in more illegals to America at the border while announcing that every 2nd illegal invader gets a free beer.

Option 3. Sue while insisting that its ‘discretionary’ policy of allowing in 99.9% of illegals allows them to focus on the occasional serial killer and that preventing them from releasing 99.9% of illegals undermines public safety.

I’m gonna bet on Option 3 with a dose of 2.

When the emergency health authority expired, Mayorkas attempted to quell concerns that the situation would worsen: “The border is not open. … Together with our partners throughout the federal government and Western Hemisphere, we are prepared for this transition,” he said in a statement.

The transition being the dismantling of America “together with our partners throughout the federal government and Western Hemisphere.”

Mayorkas said Friday that “poverty, violence, corruption, authoritarian regimes, the Covid-19 pandemic [and] extreme weather events” have all contributed to the increase of migrants at the border. He maintained that the border has been an issue for decades and blamed smuggling organizations that “spread lies to intending migrants, deceiving them into thinking that the border is open — and it is not, and it has not been.”

Covid-19. That one’s evergreen.

The Secretary of Illegal Invasions has no idea where those coyotes had gotten the myth that the border is open. When it’s absolutely not and he will be fighting in federal court to allow him to release all the illegal aliens who cross the border with no restrictions or even court dates.
