After the backlash over the coordinated campaign by the Biden administration and most Democrat public officials to commemorate Easter Sunday as the “Transgender Day of Visibility”, no one bothered to tell Biden.

Q: Speaker Johnson called it outrageous that Easter Sunday was transgender day of visibility, what do you say to Speaker Johnson?

Biden: “He’s thoroughly uninformed.”

Q: Uninformed how?

Biden: “I didn’t do that.”

“I didn’t do that” is practically its own meme.

Is Biden lying or clueless? Congressional offices routinely sign the names of their bosses to things they’re not aware of. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if the White House were doing that.

The media is already deploying its “fact checks” to argue that there was nothing wrong with proclaiming Easter Sunday as the “Transgender Day of Visibility” because Easter doesn’t always come out on March 31st.

That’s the kind of “well technically” narrative that smacks of panic and failure.

Obviously, this isn’t going to dramatically change things, but it continues to add to the impression that the Biden administration is out of touch with most Americans and pandering to the far Left and, on top of that, that he’s clueless about what’s going on.

This time around, Biden is either lying or unaware of what’s going on. And it’s a theme that runs through his administration on everything from the economy to the border. That’s not a great political sales pitch.

But at least at this time around on the White House lawn, a man didn’t expose his breasts at the event. And the Easter Bunny wasn’t acting as his minder.

A person dressed in an Easter Bunny costume broadsided President Biden Monday afternoon as he was answering a reporter’s questions on Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The Easter Bunny gives the president a big wave to usher him away as a visibly annoyed Biden appears caught off guard. He was reportedly needed to kick off another round of the egg-rolling competition by blowing a whistle.

So I guess that’s progress?
