“For Latino voters, a clear choice. With Biden, we can continue forward on a path to progress and a brighter future. This is an election we cannot afford to lose. We must reelect Joe Biden and vice president Kamala Harris.  And we’re here because we know the president and vice president cannot fight these battles and continue their road to progress by themselves. They need elected officials who share the same values, and will work to find solutions in Congress.”

That was Janet Murguía of the UnidosUS Action Fund last month in Arizona. The group also endorsed candidates Ruben Gallego, Raquel Teran and Kristen Engel, all Democrats. “Thank you @UnidosUSAFfor endorsing the Biden-Harris campaign!” responded DNC chair Jaime Harrison in a tweet. “The incredible organizing power of your organization will help us reelect President @JoeBiden and Vice President @KamalaHarris and deliver more for the Latino community.” That powerful organization has underdone changes not picked up by establishment media, and of great interest to legitimate American citizens and legal immigrants.

The UnidosUS Action Fund is the advocacy division of UnidosUS, a 501 (c) (3) billed as a civil-rights organization but essentially a mouthpiece for the Democrat Party. Janet Murguía, who heads both divisions, served as deputy assistant to President Clinton and deputy campaign manager for Al Gore’s presidential campaign. UnidosUS applauds “President Biden’s leadership,” on policies including student debt cancellation but especially the border, which Biden threw open his first day in office. That stopped work on the wall and launched the ongoing invasion of “migrants,” now numbering in the millions.

Alejandro Mayorkas, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security boss, keeps the border open and UnidosUS proclaims, “we stand firmly against the baseless, unwarranted and unfair impeachment hearing against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas scheduled by House Republicans in the Homeland Security Committee today. It’s clear that what House Republicans object to are simply the immigration policies of the Biden administration, which Secretary Mayorkas is faithfully carrying out as is his duty.” As it happens, those policies flow from a different dynamic.

UnidosUS was formerly known as the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), with constant traffic of leaders to Democrat administrations. For example, NCLR vice-president Cecilia Muñoz became White House Director of Intergovernmental Affairs during the Obama administration. Two of her NCLR colleagues, Juan Sanchez and Anselmo Villareal, established Southwest Key, which took in nearly $1 billion in federal contracts, including some $500 million for housing illegal immigrant children. The NCLR was well connected and monetized, and the switch to UnidosUS was not the group’s first rebranding.

The NCLR began as the Southwest Council of La Raza during the late 1960s, which also saw the rise of the La Raza Unida Party and the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA). These are camouflaged Marxist groups, but the movement boasts deeper roots. The raza they champion is not the human race but La Raza Cósmica, the Ibero-American race of Spaniards and Indians. According to Mexican politician and education minister Jose Vasconcelos, this new race would replace all others.

Slated to fade away is the black race, “eager for sensual joy, intoxicated with dances and unbridled lust.” The “Mongol” with his slanted eyes, “lacks the necessary boldness for new enterprises.” These too will pass away, along with the yankee “Anglos,” code for people with names such as O’Hoolihan, Renaud, Scalia, and Greenfield. According to the cosmic racist, the descendants of the English, Dutch and Scandinavians are “slow, almost dull, compared with the mestizo children from the south.”

As the Communist Bert Corona explained in Memoirs of Chicano History, Vasconcelos’ racial theory was “close to the kind of German racial superiority theory supported by Hitler.” Indeed, Vasconcelos served as a Nazi propagandist, editor of the pro-Axis Timon magazine. As Frank Gervasi, explained in “Swastika Over Mexico,” Vasconcelos was a major player during the Stalin-Hitler Pact.

Like Corona, the South American left rejected La Raza Cósmica but in 1979 the Chicano Studies department at Cal State Los Angeles republished the racist tract. The Cosmic Race is  now the core curriculum of Chicano Studies and folded into “ethnic studies” for K-12. On record in 2014 that illegals are “already Americans,” Joe Biden now institutionalizes National Council of La Raza policies: an open border, admission with no vetting. special privileges and benefits for false-document illegals, and so forth.

When legitimate citizens and legal immigrants hear UnidosUS endorse Biden, that’s the voice of the National Council of La Raza; the NCLR, in turn, represents Nazi propagandist Jose Vasconcelos. True to form, when members of the new master race rob, rape and murder Americans, Joe Biden looks the other way.

As he showed in his September 1, 2022 speech, like something produced by Leni Riefenstahl, Biden regards anyone who wants the nation to be great as the enemy. The Delaware Democrat seeks an imported electorate in the style of California, which registers illegals to vote when they get their driver’s license. As Trump likes to say, we’ll have to see what happens.
