Once the Biden administration turned on the spigot, foreign aid began to flow to the terrorist-controlled territories in Israel. Funds were provided with no regard for where they were going or what the history of the institution was.

The State Department on Sept. 29 awarded the grant to Al-Quds Open University to promote “community service” and “action planning” among youth in the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem, according to records obtained by the Washington Free Beacon…

“Glory and eternity to our righteous martyrs,” the school said on social media in the wake of a Hamas attack that has killed more than 900 Israelis and at least nine Americans over the weekend.

Anything with Al-Quds in the name, the Islamic colonialist name for Jerusalem, ought to have rung alarm bells. Hamas organizations often use Al-Quds in their names. And Al-Quds Open University has quite a record.

The banner, which was hung at a reception for new students at the Dura branch of Al-Quds Open University, featured photos of the founders of a number of terror groups, such as Hamas’s Ahmed Yassin, Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s Fathi Shiqaqi, and Abu Ali Mustafa of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, the watchdog group Palestinian Media Watch said.

Not surprising considering that universities tend to be organizing and recruiting centers for the Muslim Brotherhood. And Hamas is an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Ramiz Abu Salim: Hamas activist and a student at Al-Quds Open University branch in Al-Birah. Carried out a suicide attack at Kafe Hillel in Jerusalem Sept. 9, 2003, in which seven Israelis were murdered and about 20 injured.

“The Islamic Union, the student arm of the Islamic Jihad in the Al-Quds Open University in Jenin, organized a mass march yesterday… “ [Al-Ayyam, Feb. 2, 2004]

“The Al Kutlah Al Islamiyah (Hamas) in the Al-Quds Open University held in the Tobas center its annual “Live Memory” exhibition…”

“Al-Jama’aa Al-Islamiyah (Islamic Jihad) in the Al-Quds Open [University] in Jenin held a honorary [ceremony] for the families of the Shahids

The Park Hotel attack was originally planned as a double suicide bombing, but the day before the attack one of the bombers, Nidal Qalaq, got sick and pulled out. Qalaq, a member of the Kutla Islamiya at the Tulkarm branch of the al-Quds Open University, was recruited for the bombing by Ali Khudeiri, a senior Hamas operative in Nablus and Tulkarm and a former engineering student at al-Najah University.

Israel has bombed it in the past leading to the usual international outrage, but there have been factional gunfights among terrorists fighting over its campuses too.

Masked gunmen believed to be with Hamas attacked Al Quds Open University with rocket-propelled grenades, stormed the three-story building, doused classrooms with gasoline and set them on fire. Dozens of computers were stolen, and scores more were destroyed, said university spokesman Assad Keita.

The Biden administration threw a $100K grant at terror schools. And we wonder where the terrorists get their money.
