Fox News: Congressional intern killed in Washington, D.C. shooting, police offer reward for multiple suspects
A 21-year-old Congressional intern, Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, was shot and killed in Washington, D.C. on Monday night. He was not the intended target of the shooting, which also injured an adult female and a 16-year-old male. Tarpinian-Jachym was a student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Rep. Ron Estes, under whom Tarpinian-Jachym interned, expressed condolences, highlighting his positive demeanor and service. The Metropolitan Police Department is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
