Fox News: Trump takes on Hollywood, Alcatraz, calls Pope Donald image a joke
President Trump is navigating multiple initiatives, including proposing 100% tariffs on films made outside the U.S. and advocating for the reopening of Alcatraz prison to house violent criminals. He criticized California Governor Gavin Newsom for not supporting a larger federal tax incentive for the film industry.
Additionally, Trump faced backlash for posting an AI-generated image of himself as the Pope, which many Catholics found offensive. Surprisingly, his administration is aligning with the Biden administration's stance on the abortion pill mifepristone, arguing against a lawsuit aimed at restricting its access.

GB News: Pub forced to pay family £75k after wrongly accusing them of 'shocking dine and dash' on social media
The Horse and Jockey pub in Tideswell, Derbyshire, has been ordered to pay £75,000 in damages to the McGirr family, who were falsely accused of leaving without paying a £150 bill. The pub publicly shamed the family on social media, claiming they had dined lavishly and left without settling the bill, but later admitted the accusation stemmed from an employee's error.
The McGirrs, who had actually paid their bill in full, sued for libel after suffering embarrassment and reputational damage. The pub accepted there was "no basis whatsoever" for the allegations and apologized, attributing the mistake to an inexperienced staff member.

Tensions escalated as both nations exchanged heavy fire along the Line of Control, resulting in additional civilian deaths and damage to infrastructure. The UN called for restraint, while Indian politicians praised the military action. Schools and airports were closed in response to the escalating conflict.
