Fox News: Federal judge blocks ‘abolish ICE’ activist and illegal immigrant from being deported
A federal judge in Colorado has temporarily blocked the deportation of illegal immigrant and "abolish ICE" activist Jeanette Vizguerra, pending a hearing next week. The ruling prevents ICE officials from removing her while her case is reviewed by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Vizguerra, who has been in the U.S. illegally for years and has previously been deported, was arrested by ICE, sparking controversy and criticism from local officials. Some argue her arrest is justified due to her unlawful status, while others claim it reflects a failure of immigration enforcement policies.
Breitbart: Tom Homan: Anchor Baby Policy is 'Magnet for More Illegal Immigration'
Tom Homan, former Border Czar under President Trump, argues that birthright citizenship for U.S.-born children of illegal aliens incentivizes illegal immigration. He cites a significant number of family units with U.S. citizen children that were ordered deported during the Obama administration.
The Supreme Court is set to address the issue, with the Immigration Reform Law Institute asserting that the 14th Amendment does not grant citizenship to children of illegal aliens. Estimates suggest that 225,000 to 250,000 "anchor babies" are born annually to illegal immigrant parents.

The university will require protestors to show identification when asked, while allowing masks for religious or medical reasons. Columbia has also suspended or expelled some students involved in a protest occupation and appointed a new provost to review Middle Eastern studies programs. Critics argue these changes threaten academic freedom.

Breitbart: Exclusive – DOJ to Investigate Anti-White Discrimination in Rhode Island Public Schools
The DOJ has launched an investigation into the Rhode Island Department of Education and Providence Public Schools for potential discrimination against white teachers. The investigation aims to determine if these practices constitute a pattern of employment discrimination. The DOJ has the authority to investigate local government employers suspected of violating equal employment opportunities.
Breitbart: Trans Bathroom Bans Pass in Tennessee, New Hampshire
Legislation in Tennessee and New Hampshire aims to restrict transgender individuals from using women's public bathrooms, with New Hampshire's HB 148 allowing schools and facilities to bar transgender access based on birth gender. This bill is set to roll back some non-discrimination protections.
Tennessee's House Bill 64 has also passed and is awaiting the governor's signature, enforcing similar restrictions in schools. Advocates argue these measures are necessary to protect women's privacy and safety in shared spaces. Similar laws have emerged in other states over the years.
