Fox News: Washington man accused of having enough fentanyl to kill 278,000 people after getting clemency from Dem gov
Percy Levy, a 54-year-old man from Washington, was arrested on multiple drug and weapons charges, including possession of a large amount of fentanyl. His arrest followed a 16-month investigation and came after he was previously granted clemency by former Gov. Jay Inslee in 2019.
Levy has a long criminal history, including a 17-year prison sentence for a robbery. Following his clemency, he engaged in criminal justice reform efforts and held roles in community outreach and local organizations. He is currently being held on a $1.5 million bond.
