YouTube will settle a lawsuit brought by President Donald Trump challenging his suspension from the platform following the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol attack, with the video streaming platform agreeing to pay $24.5 million in what marks the latest Big Tech settlement made with the president this year.

YouTube will shell out $22 million that will be directed to nonprofit Trust for the National Mall, The Wall Street Journal first reported, with funds specifically earmarked for the construction of Trump’s White House ballroom.

YouTube, Google and parent company Alphabet did not admit any wrongdoing in the case.
