Kim Kardashian will attend a White House roundtable discussion Thursday alongside Vice President Kamala Harris and four individuals granted clemency by the Biden administration this week, multiple outlets reported—as the billionaire reality TV star continues the criminal justice reform advocacy she gained recognition for during the Trump administration.

The White House is hosting the roundtable in conjunction with “Second Chance Month,” which is dedicated to promoting post-incarceration rehabilitation and reentry programs.

Kardashian was a central figure in lobbying former President Donald Trump to pass the First Step Act, which grants early release to incarcerated individuals in exchange for their participation in recidivism reduction programs.

She is widely credited for Trump’s 2018 decision to grant clemency to Alice Johnson, a Black woman who was serving a life sentence for a non-violent drug offense.

We estimate Kardashian net worth at $1.7 billion.

The meeting comes after the Biden administration on Wednesday pardoned 11 people and commuted the sentences of five others convicted of non-violent drug offenses, actions Biden said in a statement were part of an “overarching commitment to addressing racial disparities and improving public safety.”

Kardashian visited the White House on at least two occasions during Trump’s presidency, but her relationship with the former president has since deteriorated. Trump called Kardashian “the most overrated celebrity” last year in response to a report in Jonathan Karl’s book “Tired of Winning” claiming she urged Trump to grant clemency to more incarcerated people in exchange for her help in bringing athletes to the White House, which he denied. Kardashian, in an appearance Wednesday on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” said Trump “did amazing stuff with prison reform,” but acknowledged “I don’t think he likes me very much.”
