Russia and China’s recent joint naval operation near Alaska was a provocation and threat and sent an ominous message. Despite Russia’s bloody floundering in Ukraine and the embarrassing cooling off of China’s once red-hot economy, both countries remain a growing threat to the U.S.-led Free World.
