Hulu has greenlit docuseries Vanderpump Villa, which via the press release follows the “hand-picked staff of Lisa Vanderpump’s luxury French villa as they live and work together to navigate every extravagant desire of their well-to-do guests.” Lisa Vanderpump (Vanderpump Rules, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) will executive produce. The show will be produced by Bunim/Murray Productions (The Challenge, The Family Stallone). Entertainment 360 is also attached as a producer.

Lisa Vanderpump, of course, is no stranger to the docuseries world. She debuted in Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2010 and segued into spin-off Vanderpump Rules in 2013, which focuses on the staff at her restaurants and bars; SUR Restaurant & Lounge, Pump Restaurant and Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar, in West Hollywood, California.

Vanderpump is also an executive producer on Vanderpump Rules, Overserved on E!, Vanderpump Dogs on Peacock and the recent competition series Pooch Perfect on ABC.

Vanderpump Villa marks Hulu’s increased reliance on this docuseries format. The streamer recently ordered 20 addition episodes of The Kardashians and has renewed The D’Amelio Show, featuring sisters Charli and Dixie, and their parents Heidi and Marc.

Ten episodes of Vanderpump Villa have been ordered. There is no official launch date at press time.
