


Ukraine Uses U.S. Weapons On Russian Soil After Kremlin Warning Of ‘Fatal Consequences,’ Report Says
Ukraine used U.S.-supplied weapons inside Russia after President Joe Biden approved the use of U.S. weapons to defend the border-adjacent city of Kharkiv, according to the Associated Press, and despite the Kremlin’s warning it could lead to “fatal consequences.”

The U.S. weapons were used to strike the Russian side of the border in recent days, the Associated Press reported, citing an unnamed Western official familiar with the matter.
The strikes were conducted under Biden’s recently approved guidance allowing Ukraine to use weapons on Russian soil exclusively around Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, marking a significant exemption to the Biden administration’s objection to strikes inside Russia.
