The company has acknowledged the outage on its service status page, initially stating that users “may be experiencing trouble with sending messages.”

In a subsequent update, the company the outage was app-wide and was disrupting “sending messages, using workflows and various other actions.”

The status page does not mention what has caused the issue, but the company says it is investigating and “will let you know as soon as we know more.”
