The name of the device is used when sharing materials through airdrop or to be identified through the Find My app.
iPhone users can change the name of their iPhones through settings.
To change the name of your iPhone through iPhone settings, go to Settings, navigate to General, select About and click on Name to make adjustments. To verify the name change, check the Find My app or try to airdrop using another Apple device.
