The House voted 314-108, with 207 Democrats joining 107 Republicans to pass the resolution, which required a two-thirds vote—the Senate voted 77-18 earlier on Thursday to approve the resolution.
Congress had until midnight on Friday to find a funding source to keep the government running, after approving a resolution late last year extending government funding through Jan. 19.
