The basic structures and rules that have prevented a global conflagration since 1945 are dangerously unraveling.

This doesn’t bode well for a peaceful future—unless the U.S. recognizes that rules are useless if they are not enforced and that a new international system is necessary for the Free World. We must take the lead in creating this new order, just as we did after WWII.
