Baldwin pleaded not guilty to the new charge in court in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he was initially charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter that were eventually dropped last year.

Baldwin will remain free without bail and cannot possess firearms or drink alcohol under the terms of his release, Variety reported.
