Two adults were charged with murder Tuesday in connection with the shooting last week at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade that killed one person and left 22 others injured, just four days after two minors were detained and charged in the attack.
Two suspects in the Kansas City parade shooting were charged with second-degree murder.
Jackson County, Missouri prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced two men—Dominic Miller and Lyndell Mays—were charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
Both suspects are being held on a $1 million bond.
The two minors face charges of resisting arrest in addition to gun-related charges, though state prosecutors said additional charges are expected.
