Generic abortion pill maker GenBioPro Inc sued the <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/us/fda-safety-official-resigns-structural-issues" target="_blank">U.S. Food and Drug Administration</a> on Wednesday to keep mifepristone on the market amid ongoing legal challenges, according to documents filed in the U.S. District Court in Maryland.
