The Justice Department said the public is not in danger.

The agency’s Division of Criminal Investigation is leading the inquiry with assistance from the <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/category/us/crime/police-and-law-enforcement" target="_blank">Hortonville Police Department</a> and the Outagamie County Coroner’s Office.
