The queen's oldest son, heir to the throne Crown Prince Frederik, and his wife, Crown Princess Mary, will step in in, as well as the queen’s sister, Princess Benedikte, the palace said Wednesday hours <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/health" target="_blank">after the surgery</a>.
