Acostaortega is described as a Hispanic man standing 5'8" tall, weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be wearing a long-sleeved black shirt with black pants. 

Acostaortega should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, do not approach him. He and the two children are believed to be in a 2014 silver BMW 335I with California license plate number 9AQR805.
