In the early hours of 24 November, Ukraine’s air defense forces destroyed three Shahed one-way attack drones launched by the Russian army, according to the country’s Air Force.

“Overnight into 24 November, the enemy attacked with three Shahed attack UAVs from the southeast. All three were destroyed by the Air Force,” the statement said.

The night attack was much smaller in scale as compared to similar attacks of the previous weeks, involving tens of Shaheds.

Meanwhile, Russia’s Defense Ministry claims to have repelled a massive drone attack, ostensibly involving 16 Ukrainian drones. 

According to the Russian MoD, Russian air defenders allegedly destroyed 13 drones over the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula and three over the territory of Russia’s Volgograd Oblast.

The Russian side accused Ukraine of the attack, while Ukraine neither confirmed nor denied its engagement.
