According to Ihnat, that time Russians shifted the time frame for the strikes. As of 8:30 am the air raid alert was still on.
“Whereas the Air Force usually reports on downed drones around this time,” said Yurii Ihnat.
Ihnat also said that air defenses destroyed one X-59 missile at night in Poltava Oblast.
On the morning of 16 Nov, the first deputy head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Military Administration, Serhii Tiurin, said that Ukraine’s air defenses were also activated in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
“Residents of Khmelnytsky Oblast could hear explosions. Air defense forces are working,” Tiurin added.
