On 3 December, Russian forces launched an attack on Kherson’s Central District, according to Roman Mrochko, head of the city’s military administration. The attack resulted in damage to a residential building and two hospitals.
“As a result of shelling from Russian occupation forces, two people have lost their lives, and seven others have been injured. All the wounded are currently in the hospital, receiving medical care,” stated Mrochko.

Mrochko also shared an image of one of the victims—a woman caught outdoors during the shelling. While there are no reported casualties in the targeted hospitals, preliminary data indicates substantial damage to the building facades.
The Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, released photos of the destruction, emphasizing that Russia is a terrorist state.
