A woman allegedly gave birth on the floor at a 50 Cent concert earlier this month in Washington state.
Medics on duty at the RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater went to assist the unnamed person when they say she “appeared to be in distress,” as Page Six reports. It was quickly determined that the woman in question was in labor and was apparently too far along to be transported to a medical facility.
The outlet reported that staff members created a “human curtain” around the laboring mother until other employees were able to procure sheets for privacy.
“The baby girl was born on site, and the mother and child were then transported to the hospital,” a source told Page Six. “As of last report, all are well.”
The 48-year-old rapper is currently on a tour called “The Final Lap” which features Busta Rhymes and Jeremih. The tour kicked off in Salt Lake City in July and will have its last North American show on Friday in Toronto. 50 Cent will resume the tour at the end of September in Amsterdam.
Concert attendees going into labor at shows is nothing new. In August, an Albany resident named Angela Meyer had the same thing happen to her while she was at a Pink concert at Fenway Park in Boston, as The Daily Wire previously reported.
“At only 31 weeks pregnant, Angela hadn’t been expecting her son’s arrival quite yet, but she started having contractions shortly after arriving for the show. She called her doctor, who advised her to get to a hospital,” a statement from Brigham & Women’s Hospital said in part.
“With all the traffic surrounding Fenway for the concert, Angela had trouble finding a ride to the hospital. She and her family decided the fastest way to get to Brigham and Women’s was to walk – and so, decked out in their concert outfits, they made the trek to our hospital where Angela later delivered her son in the Brigham’s NICU.”

The statement referred to the newborn boy, named Aycen, as Pink’s “newest, youngest” fan.
In 2022, a woman gave birth to her son at a Metallica concert in Brazil as the band started playing “Enter Sandman,” per Page Six.
