NextImg:Senate Democrat Staffer Caught Filming Gay Sex Tape In Judiciary Hearing Room: Report

Explicit leaked video appears to show a man, alleged to be a Senate Democrat staffer, filming a sex video inside the Senate Judiciary Room.

The Daily Caller obtained and released the recording of the alleged staffer having anal sex with another man, who is not identified.

“The alleged staffer can also be seen in a photo, naked on all fours, looking back at the camera on the table where Senators often sit to ask questions during a hearing. It appears to be unprotected sex,” The Daily Caller’s Henry Rodgers reports.

“A source identified the room to the Daily Caller as Senate room Hart 216- The Judiciary Room,” Rodgers continues. “The Caller blurred out his face because his identity has not been confirmed.”

The Caller reports that the video was posted in “a private chat room for gay men in politics.”

“Daily Caller reviewed the chat where the video leaked and confirmed it was shared in a private group for gay men in politics,” writes Rodgers.

The video shows the alleged staffer naked on all fours on top of a table where U.S. senators sit during hearings.

The Spectator reports that the staffer worked for Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) and that his Twitter account was “comprised almost solely of him in flagrante delicto with his older ‘bear’ partner.”

“The images and videos are explicit — and conspicuously and deliberately contain the staffer’s face,” the Spectator adds. A separate source familiar with the video confirmed to The Daily Wire that the staffer worked for a Democrat senator.

The Washington Free Beacon reports that the staffer allegedly is Aidan Maese-Czeropski, who works as a legislative aide for Cardin. Maese-Czeropski has since responded to the allegations in a statement on social media, saying that he has been “attacked for who I love,” and that he “would never disrespect my workplace” and is “exploring what legal options are available to me.”

“This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda,” he wrote in a LinkedIn post. “While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgement, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace. Any attempts to characterize my actions otherwise are fabricated and I will be exploring what legal options are available to me in these matters.”

POLITICO reported Saturday that Cardin’s office told the outlet that “Aidan Maese-Czeropski is no longer employed by the U.S. Senate.”

We will have no further comment on this personnel matter,” the senator’s office also said, according to POLITICO.

In his statement, Maese-Czeropski also denies the allegation that he recently accosted Rep. Max Miller (R-OH), who is Jewish. Miller told the Caller on Friday that a legislative aide for Cardin confronted him this week because he has shown support for Israel since Hamas’ October 7 terrorist attack.

The incident was witnessed by NBC News reporter Ali Vitali, who posted on X about it soon after it happened. “Snapshot from the halls of the Hill: a House staffer just passed by GOP Rep. Max Miller — who is Jewish and has been supportive of sending aide to Israel — and said ‘free Palestine’,” she wrote. “Pretty rare and stunning to see staff challenge members to their faces this way.”

“As for the accusations regarding Congressman Max Miller, I have never seen the congressman and had no opportunity or cause to yell or confront him,” Maese-Czeropski said.

When the Caller contacted Cardin’s office about the incident, they responded: “Are you sure you have the correct person? Having seen press reports, I understood this was a House staffer. Also, the person you mention is much more junior than an LD, so perhaps there was a mix up in identification, as well? Additional information would be of help.”
