Vice President JD Vance weighed in on the insanity surrounding a recent American Eagle ad campaign — featuring actress Sydney Sweeney — and offered his “political advice to Democrats” who were freaking out about it.
Vance appeared on the “Ruthless” podcast — which has just inked a partnership deal with Fox News — and commented on the liberal meltdown over Sweeney’s “great jeans,” which many of them claimed was a dog whistle for Nazi-style eugenics.

The ad campaign in question featured Sweeney in a number of different poses and short videos, along with the tagline, “Sydney Sweeney has great jeans.”

Vance’s response to the outrage was simple: “My political advice to Democrats is continue to tell everyone who thinks Sydney Sweeney is attractive is a Nazi.”
“That appears to be their actual strategy,” he continued. “I mean, it actually reveals something pretty interesting about the Dems though, which is that you have like a normal, All-American beautiful girl doing like a normal jeans ad right? They’re trying to sell jeans to kids in America and [Dems] have managed to so unhinge themselves over this thing.”
“It’s like, you guys, did you learn NOTHING from the 2024 election?! I actually thought one of the lessons they might take is ‘We’re gonna be less crazy,'” he added. “The lesson they have apparently taken is, ‘We’re gonna attack people as Nazis for thinking Sydney Sweeney is beautiful.”
As the hosts laughed, Vance held up his hands and concluded: “Great strategy, guys. That’s how you’re gonna win the midterms. Especially young American men.”
