NextImg:Identity Of Charlie Sheen Attacker Revealed, Makes Her Initial Appearance In Court: Report

The identity of the woman who attacked actor Charlie Sheen this week was revealed on Friday as she made her initial appearance in court following her arrest in southern California.

The Los Angeles Angeles Sheriff’s Department arrested 47-year-old Electra Schrock in Malibu on Wednesday after she allegedly “forced her way into his home and attacked him when he opened the door after hearing a knock,” TMZ reported.

Schrock, who is Sheen’s neighbor, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, force likely to create great bodily injury, and residential burglary.

“Upon contacting the parties involved, deputies identified Charlie Sheen as a victim of assault,” the sheriff’s department said in a statement.

The report said that she allegedly ripped his shirt and tried to strangle him before leaving and going back to her home. Although paramedics arrived on scene with law enforcement, Sheen was not taken to the hospital.

The 58-year-old “Two and a Half Men” star told police that he believes she threw a sticky substance on his car recently and that after he talked to her about it, the two appeared to let the matter go. She allegedly also threw trash on his doorstep earlier in the week.

Sheen told People earlier this month that he has been sober for nearly six years and that he has a “very consistent lifestyle now.”

“It’s all about single dad stuff, and raising my 14-year-old twin boys Max and Bob,” he said.

Sheen said that the reason he got sober was because he broke a promise to one of his daughters that he shares with ex-wife Denise Richards.

“One morning I’d forgotten my daughter had an appointment I’d promised to drive her to, and I’d already had a couple of pops that day,” he said, adding that a friend had to drive them to the appointment. “We got her there on time, but it broke my heart because she was in the backseat and I could just tell she was thinking, ‘Why isn’t dad driving?’ So I got home and sat with that for the rest of the day. And the next morning I just stopped.”
