CHICAGO—The Daily Signal is on the ground at the Democratic National Convention, where Democrats will formally nominate Vice President Kamala Harris for president and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz for vice president.

We saw crowds begin to form on Sunday and filmed anti-Israel protesters breaking through the security perimeter on Monday.

Here’s a list of what our Daily Signal reporting team has seen so far.

Truly a sight to behold.

Oh right, the Left’s omni-cause.

Here we are, right at the front! When will they realize?

Watch out, Ohio!

What’s this we hear about Kamala Harris being popular?

For those who need a refresher on what happened the last time the Democratic National Convention took place in Chicago, here’s Jarrett Stepman’s commentary on 1968.

“God bless America” gets a negative response…

These anti-Israel protesters are not exactly fans of the vice president.

The barbie Netanyahu, that is…

Body armor, smoke bombs, just another day at the DNC in Chicago.

Hmm…. Maybe these people won’t actually be taking over the DNC.

The protesters broke through the Secret Service perimeter.

The Chicago Police Department claimed it “immediately” contained the situation.

They’re breaking in…

Some protesters physically relocated some of the fencing in an attempt to prevent police from restoring it.

Authorities work to clear a park after the perimeter breach.
