After months of doing everything diplomatically possible to avoid direct US involvement in the war against Iran, the Iranians made it so that no other choice was possible. On Saturday evening, the United States bombed Iran.
U.S. President Donald Trump set deadlines, forced meetings in Oman, and did everthing diplomatically possible to avoid having to attack Iran. But, Iran refused to stop weapons-grade enrichment and the development of missiles that could strike the US. Trump made the only choice that was left – to bomb Iran.
The notification came on Truth Social (trump’s sociam media network).

The strikes consisted of B-2 bombers (along with their accouterment of electronic warfare and defensive aircraft) hitting three Iranian nuclear facilities. At this time, all aircraft are believed to have completed the mission with no losses.
The White House has updated the president’s schedule with an address to the nation at 10:00 PM EDT on Saturday.
