Since Joe Biden’s (and the Democrat’s) left-wing policies are absurd and destructive, they cannot convince enough US citizens to vote for them to secure their grip on money, power and sanctimony. Accordingly, one of their main strategies to achieve their selfish goals, supported by the Democrat Party Propaganda Collective or DPPC (aka the “mainstream” or “legacy” media), is to import millions new potential Democrat voters from abroad, often through the southern border. These new voters are often recruited from 3rd world countries like Venezuela and Honduras and from US enemies like Iran or China. That is why, prior to the 2020 election, Biden sent a message to the rest of the world that under his administration it was time to for “asylum seekers” to “surge to the border.” They got the message and about 10 million poured over our borders while Biden was napping. Since the Democrats worked so hard on their voter recruitment drive south of the border and in antagonistic countries, they will not give up their new potential voters easily.
One Democrat argument is that deporting these illegals is cruel. In fact, what is really cruel to the immigrants is promoting this illegal invasion of millions of people and children into a country where they will have an uncertain legal future and doing so for one’s own selfish political purposes. What is really cruel to American citizens is inviting in millions of unvetted illegals, some of whom will go on to murder their wives and little girls or shoot CBP officers in the face or just pillage and steal, into the country.
Hunter Biden’s argument that we need illegal immigrants to wash our dishes is silly, even for Joe Biden’s pathetic crackhead son. He has the Democrat Party talking points down pat, but the Centre for Immigration Studies reports that
Although illegal immigrants comprise a large share of workers in agriculture, [they] are only a tiny share of the total labour force. … [T]here are no jobs Americans won’t do.
We understand clearly that spoiled brat Hunter wants cheap servants, but he needs reminded that slavery and indentured servitude were outlawed long ago. Perhaps Democrats should put their illegal voter registration drive south of the border on the back burner until we can get jobs to US citizens that need them. Hmmm?
Gavin Newsom’s argument that enforcing immigration law is cruel and separates families is equally silly. If one doesn’t want one’s family separated, don’t sneak illegally into someone else’s country. Duh! Comrade Newsom also forgot that the law separates the families of US Citizens all the time when one of them is sent to prison for crimes. Duh!
The entire logic of “Sanctuary jurisdictions” is indefensible. What would be the Left’s reaction if the Right, broadly speaking, began creating “sanctuary” jurisdictions to protect their own illegal policies. What if some right-wing city or state were to declare themselves a “sanctuary” from federal gun laws. Anyone who wants to own automatic weapons or put an anti-aircraft gun on their roof to protect against a tyrannical federal government which targets, say, traditional Catholics, can seek sanctuary in their jurisdiction. They don’t want to harm anyone but just to be left alone! Democrats and their DPPC propagandists would be frothing at the mouth.
Similarly, what if some conservative city or state were to declare themselves a “sanctuary” from federal civil rights laws and practices? They agree that no one should be denied opportunities because of their race, gender or sexual orientation. But they feel the federal laws have morphed into absurd DEI practices that have been weaponized against traditional Americans to put less qualified people into positions of power. Their new “sanctuary” jurisdiction will be treating people fairly in terms of their understanding of the US Constitution, but will offer “sanctuary” from current federal DEI practices. Once again, Democrats and their DPPC propagandists would be frothing at the mouth.
In fact, there is a movement, which began on The Right but has spread to the Left, called the Sovereign Citizen movement, which believes citizens have the right to pick and choose what laws it will condescend to obey. Wikipedia describes the logic of the Sovereign citizen movement quite well,
Sovereign citizens’ tactics often succeed in delaying legal proceedings [to] confuse or exhaust public officials but their arguments never upheld in court. Their claims have been consistently rejected by courts in … the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Mark Pitcavage [a critic of white supremacists writing at the liberal Brookings Institute describes] sovereign citizen ideology as “magical thinking”.
Democrats can play their little games trying to delay legal efforts to deport their beloved criminals and illegals from the country, but their “magical thinking” is indefensible. That is why they choose to hit people who enforce immigration law in the head with bricks rather than persuade them with rational argument. However, Democrats need reminded that those laws were passed on a bipartisan basis back in the old days when Democrats still found it useful to promote the impression that they love the country. No exceptions were provided in those bipartisan laws for their new potential voters invited illegally into the country for their own selfish purposes.
The logic of the Democrats Sanctuary Jurisdiction movement is of a piece with that of its close kin, the secessionist White Supremacist “Sovereign Citizen” movement, and must relegated to the same evil and deceptive “dustbin of history”.
