No one is above the law—including Donald Trump. This indictment must now play out through the legal process, without any outside political or ideological interference.  We encourage Trump’s supporters and critics alike to let this case proceed peacefully in court.

Joint statement of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries, MSN.com,6/10/23

“No one is above the law.”

Both “President” Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, 7/25/24

Who did Biden pardon his last day in office?  Brother James Biden and his wife, Sara. Sister Valerie and her husband, John Owens. Brother Francis. Dr. Anthony Fauci (Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the NIH for nearly 40 years).  Retired Gen. Mark Milley (former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff [who] has called Trump a fascist), Jan. 6. Committee members and staff … led by Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., and Rep. Liz Cheney, a Wyoming Republican who campaigned with Harris against Trump.  … Earlier, [Biden] issued a slew of pardons and commutations … for [other] aides and allies …  Last month, [after repeatedly saying he would not pardon his son Hunter,] he pardoned him for tax and gun crimes.

NBC New York, 1/20/25

Biden used the pardons not to show mercy to specific individuals but to change the law. However, [the pardon power] cannot allow a president to eliminate legislative and judicial branches.  Biden’s blanket pardons of entire classes of crimes do just that.

Ann Coulter, 3/20/25

“They’ll find out. They’ll find out. They’ll find out,” [Democrat Minority leader Hakeem] Jeffries said Tuesday when asked how he’d respond if officials arrested or sanctioned Democratic Reps. Rob Menendez, LaMonica McIver and Bonnie Watson Coleman. “That’s a red line. It’s a red line, it’s very clear.”

                        Hakeem Jeffries, Politico, 5/13/25

Yesterday, James Comey caused quite the stir when he went on Instagram and posted a picture of a shell formation on the beach (obviously one he made) that spelled out “86 47,” which many interpreted as a threat on President Trump’s life. … Since then, everyone’s been arguing over the definition of “86.” [However, that term has] also been used by the Mafia and the military to refer to killing people, and it’s a little harder to swallow that [Comey] who prosecuted the Gambino crime family wasn’t aware of its more sinister meaning.

                                                Mark Hemingway, The Federalist, 5/16/25

From Schumer’s ‘Whirlwind’ Threat [against the Supreme Court] to Comey’s ’86-47,’ Assassination Prep Is the Left’s MO [Method of Operation].  Calls encouraging violence only ever seem to come from one political group, and actual violence only ever seems to flow in one direction [from the Left towards the Right].

                                                Breccan Thies, The Federalist, 5/16/25

Democrat Leaders in [the] House and Senate Refuse to condemn Comey’s incitement of violence against Trump …  If they can’t stop Trump with a fake Russian collusion, impeachments, threats of jail, sexual scandals, rioting in the street, the Covid pandemic, or an avalanche of legal challenges heard by hand-picked activist judges [and, of course, Trump being shot in the face in an assassination attempt], they may think there is only one way to remove him for sure. … That’s why Comey’s post matters, and why he must be held accountable for it.

                                                Beth Brelje, The Federalist, 5/16/25

Media Frame Comey’s Trump Threat As ‘Conservative Uproar’ Over ‘Seashell Photo’:  …  Comey’s post, reminiscent of other Democrat-led calls to violence, comes less than one year after Trump suffered not one, but two publicized assassination attempts.

                                                Jordan Boyd, The Federalist, 5/16/25

Get a Load of This Line of Crap From the Crooked Democrats: After eight years of trying to get rid of Donald Trump by declaring [the] Russian collusion [hoax], encouraging prosecutions of Jan 6 participants, siccing federal and state Attorneys General to put him in prison for alleged crimes he was accused of committing years ago, [etc.,], now these corrupt Democrat fools are saying that they will only “look forward” when asked about their past crimes against America during the corrupt Biden administration. … Democrats [now] won’t even try to defend their own past lies and actions, even though [or because these] were largely criminal.

Dave King, Conservative Daily News, 5/17/25

One of the storylines the Democrats and the Democrat Party Propaganda Collective or DPPC (aka the “Mainstream” or “Legacy” media) came up with to keep themselves in money and retain the power to push people, especially innocent people, around, is that they are defending the principle, against the evil Trump, that “no one is above the law.”  However, these things called “the facts” demonstrate that the truth is precisely the opposite.  For, Biden and Democrats, by what they do, not what they say, shows clearly that they believe, even demand, that Democrats and their shills (e.g., Liz Cheney and Dr. Fauci) are above the law.

Joe Biden, after promising, before the election, not to pardon his wayward crackhead son Hunter, found the need to pardon, not only Hunter, much of his [Joe Biden’s] family and their spouses, Trump-hating Gen. Milley, comrade Fauci, and much of his henchmen on the fake, predetermined Jan 6th committee conclusions.  It appears that comrades Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney have no legal worries any more.  Wait?  What happened to letting the “legal process” “play out … without any outside political or ideological interference”?

By contrast, “Justice,” so to speak, was swift for the 49-year-old Trump-supporting grandma on Jan. 6th 2021, Margaret Morgan Lloyd, who had to plead guilty to “Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol building”.  Now she does sound dangerous!  Wait, what?  This is the United States, not the old Soviet Union, we are talking about, right?  Parading, picketing, demonstrating?

“Justice”, or was it injustice, was also swift for former Trump advisor Peter Navarro who defied a congressional subpoena.  Navarro “has complained bitterly about the FBI’s tactics in arresting him at Reagan National Airport as he was departing for a speaking engagement, objecting that he was handcuffed, denied food and water and refused permission to make a phone call to a lawyer.”  U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta agreed “at the outset of the case that the treatment of [Navarro] was unreasonably harsh.”  Once again, is this the United States we are talking about or the old Soviet Union?

Didn’t comrade Holder similarly defy a congressional subpoena?  Yes, but with that big “D” behind his name, His Majesty was not shackled or even arrested

More recently, Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver of NJ, the woman in the red jacket in the video can be clearly seen pushing and throwing elbows at ICE agents.  House members cannot be arrested for doing their official duties, but if comrade Jeffries thinks arresting her for her behaviour that day is crossing a red line, perhaps he can explain how throwing elbows is part of official House duties.

One can draw only one conclusion about Jeffries “red line”: Attempting to hold Democrats accountable when they break the law is crossing a red line because they are above the law.  Indeed, law-breaking is a standard part of the Democrat’s MO and they cannot be expected to give it up.  Break the law, assault people, or threaten them (“They’ll find out, they’ll find out”), and then whine victimhood when anyone attempts to hold them responsible.  Not the most honourable position but this is the current Democrat Party.
