NextImg:Rep. Ogles Provides ‘Impeachathon Update’ Exposing Rogue, Anti-Trump Judges

Following Wednesday’s “Impeachathon” broadcast exposing constitutionally-dubious rulings by a host of anti-Trump judges trying to thwart the president’s executive order authority, Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) filed articles of impeachment against one of them.

“SCOTUS just BLOCKED corrupt Judge Amir Ali’s attempt to cripple President Trump’s executive order to stop wasteful foreign funding. Now let’s impeach him!” Rep. Ogles wrote in a X.com post Thursday, following a Supreme Court ruling.

“I just formally introduced articles of impeachment against corrupt U.S. District Judge Amir Ali,” Ogles announced in his next post.

“More rogue judges are targeting President Trump. I'm turning up the heat,” Ogles followed up in a post of his “Impeachathon Update” video, in which he details how each one of 11 activist judges is overstepping Judicial Branch authority in order to usurp the powers the Constitution reserves for the Executive Branch.

On Monday, Rep. Ogles announced an impeachment filing against another activist judge discussed in his “Update,” whom he described as a “radical, activist LGBTQ activist”:

“I just formally introduced articles of impeachment against RADICAL LGBTQ ACTIVIST U.S. District Judge John Bates. His attempt to block President Trump's order to remove webpages containing resources for "gender-affirming care" from government sites is appalling.

“At no point in American history has the judiciary considered the surgical or chemical castration of healthy children to be a compelling or even legitimate health concern and it shouldn't start now.

“We must protect our children from predators like Judge Bates.”

Three days earlier, another participant in Wednesday’s Impeachathon, Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) filed articles of impeachment against one of the 11 judges, Judge Paul Engelmayer, who ruled to prevent the Trump Administration and members of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from scrutinizing Treasury Department records to uncover waste, fraud, and abuse.

“Activist judges cannot stop the President from executing his Article II powers. White House employees have every right to access the very systems they oversee,” Rep. Crane said in a press release announcing his filing. “This is obviously judicial overreach and a clear threat to democracy. If these partisan judges want to be politicians, they should resign and run for office.”
