 <p>All northbound lanes of I-57 are back open following a double fatal crash overnight near 99th Street. </p><p>A single vehicle flipped over about 2:30 a.m., killing two people inside, according to an Illinois State Police District Chicago trooper. </p><p>As of 7 a.m. the lanes were back open, the trooper said. </p><div class="RTEHashTagLabAdModule">
