What does a parish do when it’s got the flock, but not enough church? Back in 1960, a Burlington parish went mobile. When this April 13, 1960 photo was taken, Rev. Clifford Chadwick was watching workmen setting up the first unit of a new portable Episcopal church in time for first services Easter Sunday in Burlington. The mobile church built in Acton was designed to aid communities that had overrun their regular church facilities.
