FOXBORO — The Patriots practiced with a full roster Wednesday, a sign of excellent heath heading into this weekend’s season opener against the Eagles.
Every member of their 53-man roster and practice squad was present for initial stretching and drills. Wide receiver DeVante Parker appeared limited for a second straight practice. Veteran offensive lineman James Ferentz returned after missing Monday’s session, when Parker made his return after sitting out two practices.
Three players — wide receiver Tyquan Thornton, defensive lineman Trey Flowers and offensive tackle Conor McDermott — worked separately on another field. Thornton and Flowers will miss at least the first four regular-season games on injured reserve and the Physically Unable to Perform list, respectively, while McDermott is out for the year.
The Patriots will release their first injury report of the week Wednesday evening.
