Charlie Wilkie scored a hat trick as Dracut/Tyngsboro blanked Cambridge, 8-0, in the Merrimack Valley Conference/Dual County League. … Matt Costa scored twice and added a pair of assists to lead Haverhill to a 6- 2 victory over Lowell.

In the Cape and Islands League, Matthew Tribou tallied two goals while Gavin Powderly and Kody Pokraka each had two assists as Falmouth edged Martha’s Vineyard 3-2.

London McDonald scored twice, Avin Rodovsky tallied a goal and two assists, and Kyle Hart added three assists as Marblehead rolled to a 5-0 win over Danvers in the Northeastern Conference. … Cade Cooper’s goal and assist proved the difference for Gloucester (9-7-2) in a 3-2 win over Masconomet.

In the Boston City League, sophomore Krem Amparo finished with 17 points and 15 rebounds as Latin Academy (13-4) defeated Charlestown 51-30.

CJ Farrell dropped 28 points and Alex Echevarria added 23 points as St. Mark’s (12-6) won their fourth straight with a 75-65 victory over Thayer in Independent Schools League action.

In nonleague play, Pete Eliopolous led with 19 points as Newton South took down Holland 78-69.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Freshman Alyssa Calderia led the way with 17 points, eight rebounds and six steals as West Bridgewater defeated Dighton-Rehoboth 47-35 in the South Coast Conference.
