BASEBALL

Ted Curley earned his 400th career win as O’Bryant defeated Boston International 8-4 in the Boston City League.

In the East Boston Strike Out Cancer Tournament first round, Salem State-bound Brandon McMahon broke a 28-year-old Malden school record when he needed just 65 pitches to throw a complete game 1-hitter in a 2-0 win over Minuteman.

BOYS LACROSSE

Lucas Leander netted nine goals and six assists as Rockland rolled East Bridgewater, 15-6, in South Shore League action.

In the Mayflower Athletic Conference, Peyton Volz netted a hat trick as Southeastern doubled up Upper Cape 14-7.

Colby Dunham and Sean Rivard each scored four times as Danvers defeated nonleague opponent Essex Tech 14-8.

GIRLS LACROSSE

Lily Nees scored five goals and added an assist as Dighton Rehoboth rolled to an 11-6 victory over East Bridgewater in nonleague action.
