FOXBORO — Patriots safety Kyle Dugger officially drew a questionable tag for Sunday’s game against the Dolphins after missing all of the team’s practices with an ankle injury this week.

The Patriots didn’t rule out any players, but they did place center David Andrews (shoulder) and offensive tackle Caedan Wallace (ankle) on injured reserve.

Here’s the Patriots’ full injury report:

LB Sione Takitaki, Knee (limited participation)

S Kyle Dugger, Ankle (did not participate)
WR Kendrick Bourne, Knee (LP)
LB Anfernee Jennings, Shoulder (LP)
CB Jonathan Jones, Shoulder (LP)
CB Marcus Jones, Groin (LP)
G Michael Jordan, Ankle (LP)
C Nick Leverett, Ankle (LP)
T Vederian Lowe, Knee (LP)
S Marte Mapu, Calf (LP)
WR K.J. Osborn, Shoulder (DNP)
S Jabrill Peppers, Shoulder (LP)
G Layden Robinson, Ankle / Wrist (LP)

Rookie tight end Jaheim Bell was removed from the injury report and is healthy enough to play Sunday.

Takitaki and Bourne returned to practice this week and remain on the physically unable to perform list. Mapu also returned to practice and remains on injured reserve. In order to play Sunday, Takitaki, Bourne and Mapu would have to be activated by Saturday at 4 p.m. ET.

The statuses of Dugger and Osborn bear monitoring, since they didn’t practice at all this week.
