FOXBORO — Patriots defensive tackle Christian Barmore was newly absent at Thursday’s practice.
On Wednesday, Barmore was limited for non-injury-related reasons. The 25-year-old returned to game action last month following his recovery from blood clots discovered this summer. Since then, Barmore’s practice plan has included days of limited participation and sitting out entire practices.
Pats safety Kyle Dugger returned to the field Thursday after sitting out Wednesday’s session with an ankle injury. Dugger has played with a hurt ankle most of this year, and was one of three players absent Wednesday. The two others, defensive back Marcus Jones and running back JaMychal Hasty, were missing again Thursday.
Barring a change, Jones (hip) and Hasty (ankle) appear unlikely to play Sunday at Buffalo.
The Patriots will release their next injury report Thursday evening.
