GIRLS BASKETBALL

In the Commonwealth Athletic Conference, Allison Morales (36 points) and Engy Bingham (27 points) led the way as Lynn Tech (8-4) defeated Nashoba Valley Tech 75-45.

Sophomore Amelia Crowe drained 14 points, while senior Ava DiBurro added 10 points to propel Pentucket (13-1) to a 58-20 win over Cape Ann League rival Manchester Essex. …Ariana Demetri scored a game-high 13 points as North Reading (9-5) defeated Ipswich, 52-33.

Maddie Oliver dropped 23 points and added nine rebounds, while Alex Cassidy (14 points, nine rebounds) and Reagan Dowd (10 points, eight steals) also aided Norwell during a crucial 60-40 victory over Dover-Sherborn in a nonleague tilt. … Junior Ava Orlando finished with 22 points, guiding Notre Dame (Hingham) to a 49-41 win over Bellingham. … Bella Owumi paced her team in scoring with 16 points as St. Mary’s (Lynn) (14-4) cruised to a 73-23 win over Hamilton-Wenham.
