A Mansfield man died in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 southbound.
State Police troopers responded to the crash near Exit 17 in Sharon at 7:44 p.m. and found three vehicles rolled over.
Early investigation indicates that the 24-year-old Mansfield man, Jordan McGrath-Edlund, was driving his 2013 BMW 535xi at high speeds and frequently changing lanes when he struck a 2016 Subaru Impreza driven by a 34-year-old Providence man and a 2012 Honda CRV driven by a 70-year-old Foxboro woman, according to a State Police statement.
The struck vehicles rolled over and the BMW rolled over into the center median, State Police wrote.
McGrath-Edlund was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital and pronounced dead there. The other drivers were also taken to hospitals. Police say the 70-year-old woman had “potential serious injuries.”
