The Celtics listed four rotation players on their injury report ahead of Wednesday night’s road matchup against the Detroit Pistons.

Backup center Luke Kornet (personal reasons) was ruled out for the second straight game. Jaylen Brown (left thigh contusion), Kristaps Porzingis (illness) and Sam Hauser (low back stiffness) all were listed as questionable.

Brown’s injury caused him to miss part of the second half of Tuesday night’s 111-101 win over the Toronto Raptors. He limped to the locker room early in the third quarter, returned to play 8:41 in the fourth, then sat out the final three-plus minutes. Brown, who led all scorers with 24 points in the win, told The Boston Globe that he suffered a bone bruise and was unsure of his status for Wednesday.

Hauser started in place of a resting Jrue Holiday and logged a career-high 40 minutes against Toronto. He’s dealt with lower back issues since the summer but has played in Boston’s last 10 games and 28 of its last 30.

Porzingis was a last-minute scratch Tuesday night, with head coach Joe Mazzulla saying he sat the under-the-weather center in part to ensure he would be available against Detroit.

“He wasn’t feeling well, and at the same time, we wanted to make sure that we’ll have him for (Wednesday),” Mazzulla told reporters postgame. “We kind of all made that decision together, just kind of as a team, that it’d be best if … we make sure we guarantee to have him (Wednesday).”

Holiday and Al Horford, who both sat out on the first night of a back-to-back, were removed from the injury report, clearing them to play against the surging Pistons. Detroit carries a seven-game win streak into the midweek matchup at Little Caesar’s Arena; the Celtics have won six straight.
