The Boston Globe is all in with the official party narrative about how wonderful it is that migrants are swarming into Massachusetts, costing billions in welfare.

So imagine the shock the Boring Broadcast’s blow-in editors must have felt Thursday morning when they saw the online headline on their own new poll: “Massachusetts residents blame federal government, not state leaders, for strained shelter system, poll shows.”

This random act of journalism had to be spiked, ASAP. And so, within hours, a new, much less compelling headline was running above the Globe’s poll story: “Amid migrant crisis, Massachusetts voters support ‘right to shelter’ law — with reservations, new poll shows.”

However, the editors neglected to “correct” the lede, which still contains the verboten verb “blame,” in addition to an almost-as-MAGA adjective, “struggling.”
