Police are searching wetlands in Revere in the case of Harmony Montgomery, the child who went missing at age 5 in 2019 and is presumed dead.
According to the Massachusetts State Police, their office as well as New Hampshire police began searching the wetlands today along Route 107 in Revere, also known as Lynn Marsh Road along the stretch. The search, according to the MSP statement, “was prompted by information developed by investigators.”
The MSP said the case was of “the disappearance, and presumed death” of the child, whereas the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office called the case one of her “murder.”
In all, the search is being conducted by 18 troopers in the MSP’s Special Emergency Response Team, four MSP K9 teams, the MSP drone unit, MSP detectives with the Suffolk DA office and members of the Manchester, N.H., Police Department.
This is a developing story.
